The Beginning
Growing up in Binh Long, good food was just part of life. I started baking mooncakes a few years ago and got a bit obsessed. Cinnamon rolls came later and I never really stopped working on them.
Every batch is made fresh in my kitchen in District 7, packaged up nicely and shipped to you the next day. Small batches on purpose. It's the only way to keep them good.
Our Process
From selecting the finest ingredients to the final touch of frosting, every step is done by hand. We don't rush. The dough needs time to rest — good things take time.
